1.1 Machine Use

• Users must follow on-screen instructions at all times.

• The Fuel Vault is not liable for misuse or unauthorised use of the machine.

• All products are dispensed 'as-is' based on user-selected customisations.

1.2 Refunds

• Refunds are only issued in the event of a malfunction or failed dispense.

• To request a refund, email proof (photo/video) to: hello@thefuelvault.com within 48 hours.

• Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process.

1.3 Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer

• Our shakes may contain allergens including milk, soy, and nuts.

• It is your responsibility to check the flavour ingredients before purchase.

• We are not liable for allergic reactions due to customer selections.

1.4 Intellectual Property

All branding, machine software, content, and designs are owned by The Fuel Vault Ltd. You may not reproduce or republish any material without written permission.

1.5 Modification of Service

We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue flavours, services, or machine features without notice.
